We have saved UK Charities £2.15million

Edit reaches a major milestone this year as it approaches 20 years since they started their website builder.  Founder, Kyle Cottington was re-designing his local church website back in 2002 when he started creating the Edit software.

Whilst working in full time employment, Kyle spent many evenings and weekends developing Edit until the first site launched in 2003.  Edit hasn’t stopped growing since - from just one person at the start, there are now 13 in the team supporting charities across the UK.

Whilst In the early days many looking to create their first website chose Edit, it has long been the case that organisations choose to move to  Edit because of the many features and value for money.

Whilst many web companies have come and gone over the years, Edit has continued to be a leader in websites and has continued to develop and enhance the software. Just this year after a major 18 month development, Edit launched an all new Design Builder giving even greater control to organisations to create an attractive, professional and responsive website for their charity.

After analysis of historical websites prices, it has been calculated that Edit has saved UK charities £2.15million sinces its launch.

To celebrate the milestone Edit is giving away a further £1,000,000 investment as part of their Bounce Back offer giving charities a discount on their website for the next 12 months.

The Bounce Back offer means charities that start to use Charity Edit can save a discount every month during the first year helping charities as they recover from the economical effects of COVID.
